Exhibiting at RBX is unlike exhibiting at any other event or trade show. All exhibitors are a part of the action with full access to the conference/workshop sessions, on-water demonstrations, meals and networking socials. The key to your success is to give you maximum exposure to your potential customer from beginning to end. No limits or extra purchase.

• On-water boat and technology display/demonstration with up to 24 boats at the Oyster Point Marina located only one mile away on August 14 and throughout the show.
• Keynote and general sessions to be held on exhibit floor maximizing exposure for all exhibitors.

What Comes With Your Booth

Exhibit space comes in 8×10 feet (80 sq ft) increments.  There are no corner charges for corner booths.  All booth locations are designated on a first come first served basis.  Booths can be combined to make larger exhibits.

Each exhibiting package includes the following per 80 sq ft of space contracted:

• Three all access passes which includes the following:
  • All presentations and workshops including all keynote addresses
  • All special events and on-water demonstrations
  • Two breakfasts, two lunches and snack breaks
  • Networking happy hour on August 14th and 15th
    
• Full page listing with logo with hyperlink on Attendee Hub App
• Attendee contact list for post conference followup
• One six foot draped table, carpet, two side chairs and one wastebasket
• Basic electricity
• In booth Wi-Fi internet access
